“Excellent location. Many restaurants in the area as well as a Kroger and Walmart under 1/2 mile. Very quiet location, easy parking. Super clean. Breakfast is Southern. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, links, and hash browns. And also waffles. Comfortable bed and great pillows! Lots of Cable channels. Nice staff. I will stay here in a heartbeat the next time Im in the area.”

“Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room”

“Everything looks brand new. One ice maker on first floor at one end of the hall. Inconvenient for us. Breakfast was good. Better than some other places. Not able to get or buy milk at hotel. Barhroom tolet seat not tight slides around when sitting down. Shower head wont adjust part fell out. Things you might expect at new build. Gentlemen at desk when we arrived was not friendly at all. “NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night...
